When you arranged for an appointment or place online orders with us, you are required to agree to our business terms & conditions applied as follow.

Address

Noor Therapeutic is a private Singapore home-based business, located in the neighbourhood of Fernvale Wood. We have the right to protect our privacy, therefore the exact address may only be provided before your scheduled appointment.

Booking

You have to make a booking via WhatsApp to +65 9710 0094 or visit our Instagram page and direct message us.

You may also leave down your contact details at our contact page and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 working days.

If you are making a booking via WhatsApp, please provide us with your name, address, the desired treatment, and the preferred date and time for your booking. We will then inform you whether your desired time slot is available and provide you with the booking confirmation details.

When providing us with your personal information, please take not of our privacy policy.

Arrival

Our appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Do arrive about 10-15 minutes early for your appointment so we can make sure that you are comfortable, prepared, and get your full treatment time.

If you arrived late, your appointment treatment session will either be shortened provided if I have the next appointment scheduled or or will not be taken at all and will reschedule your appointment.

We know that things pop up, so we offer you the freedom to cancel your reservation at no charge up to TWO (2) hours before your appointment. For cancellations with less than one hour’s notice, a 50% deposit will be charged on your next visit appointment.

We appreciate good communication so if you have to cancel or reschedule last minute, please be aware that multiple offences will lead to being turned down for future appointment with us.

No Call and No Show will be blocked from scheduling in the future.

Special Attention

Please inform me if you are pregnant, have any injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, have any allergies or have had recent cosmetic surgery.

Client comment and Feedbacks

Your comments, feedbacks and suggestions are important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received, please notify us immediately. We tribe to improve and to provide you with positive experiences.

Safety during Covid

Masks are required in the premises. It is only removed during a service that requires the removal of a mask, such as a facial. The cosmetician will be wearing a mask during the entire service.

All common areas, surfaces, tools and types of equipment are disinfected between each client using hospital-grade disinfectant. All linens are switched out between each client. Hand sanitiser is provided for your safety as well as a new mask.

Rights to refuse services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behaviour that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive.

Rights to make changes on the policy

We reserve the right to make updates and changes on our business policy where we see appropriate without giving you prior notification.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment are cash or online transfer (BACS, Stripe, PayNOW and PayPal).

Prices

Prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Refunds

Refunds are by default based on your original payment method. Sale items are non-refundable. Please note NOOR CART/NOOR THERAPEUTIC reserve the right to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our mailing address. If your exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed to refund you fully by default payment.

Shipping & Delivery

In Stock: Please allow 2 to 3 working days for us to process and ship your order.

Pre-order: Estimation arrival 2 to 4 weeks.

Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Self Collection

Self-collection is possible through prior arrangements at Blk 457B Sengkang West Road.

Return & Exchange

Health and beauty products are non-exchangeable and refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 7 days. Do send us an email with proof at hellonoortherapeutic.sg@hotmail.com
